REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you receive the wrong order, send us an email ((ljshealingllc@gmail.com) immediately within 24 hours and do not open the product. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been opened. The merchandise cannot be restocked or resold for safety and hygiene purposes.
Your satisfaction is our goal, and we truly believe that you will love our products. But if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and we will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via email (ljshealingllc@gmail.com) within 72 hours of receiving damaged products. Once you notify us, we will either replace the damaged product or refund you the amount of the purchase. Such refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY: LJ's healing Essentials is not responsible for any individual allergic reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. Individuals with sensitivities to any stated ingredient should not use the product. If in doubt, always perform an allergy patch test. If any irritation occurs, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT. We understand how difficult it is to purchase new skin care products online; therefore, we offer our products in smaller sizes so that you can try the product prior to purchasing larger amounts.
Our products must be stored in a cool dry place.
